The Inclusion Team will meet on May 21 to continue discussion about the implementation of four projects. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend the meeting.

Creating a discussion guide for the book Mad Honey written by Jennifer Finney Boylan and Jodi Picoult. The guide will be used for a future book study at The Oasis UCC.
Establishing and maintaining a lending library of books related to inclusion and diversity.
Working with Rev. Rushan to plan an inclusion/diversity focused worship service on a quarterly basis. Since June is Pride Month, the first service is tentatively being planned for June 25.
Increasing our community involvement in inclusion and diversity issues. This might include such efforts as creating a pamphlet, identifying organizations we can partner with, sponsoring the showing of a film, offering a program for parents. grandparents and allies of LGBTQ+ individuals or other ideas generated by the team.
