The Reverend Dr. Robert A. Baur, age 86, of Jefferson City, Mo. passed away Monday, February 6, 2023, at Primrose Retirement Community surrounded by family.
A memorial service will be held 1:30 p.m. Thursday February 16, 2023 at the Oasis United Church of Christ, 2017 Williams Street, Jefferson City, Mo. 65109 with the Reverend Rushan Sinnaduray officiating.
